Meet Our Team

Jordyn Wuerch, owner and RMT

My name is Jordyn Wuerch and I am a registered massage therapist and a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba. I graduated in June of 2017 from The Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now Evolve College of Massage Therapy) after completing 2200 credit hours. I started working on my own in March of 2019 and in February of 2021 I expanded and opened Bhavva Wellness Centre.

I am a strong believer in the importance of self-care for the mind, body and spirit. Self-care is important in maintaining healthy relationships in all aspects of your life; with yourself, co-workers, friends and family. Spending time focusing on you produces positivity which improves confidence and self esteem. My favourite self-care activities include spending time with family and friends, having relaxing weekends at the cabin and spending time with my dogs.

When I’m not working I am likely looking for our next travel destination, crocheting or looking for new courses to take. I love learning new things and constantly expanding my knowledge to best treat my clients.

I am passionate about working with my clients to build a treatment plan that helps achieve their treatment goals whether its pain relief, to de-stress or just to spend an hour relaxing. Through my education I developed an interest in the complexity of the myofascial system of the body; which lead me into my first continuing education course of myofascial cupping. I have now also travelled to Edmonton to expand my cupping knowledge to add facial cupping as well.

I look forward to helping you on your wellness journey!
                  - Jordyn

Meghan Bartsch, RMT

My name is Meghan Bartsch and I am a Registered Massage Therapist and a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association. I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Winnipeg MB after completing 2200 hours of study.  Recently graduating in July of 2021 brings so much excitement as I enter this career and further my knowledge in massage therapy.

Working in the health care field has always been something I have been very passionate about. In 2019 I started my studies at Wellington and since then have learned so much about the anatomy of the human body and the importance of osteopathic based assessment and treatment for treating any dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system.

In my spare time I love helping out around my parent’s family farm, spending time with friends and family and with any animals I can show a little love to! My husband and I got married in 2018 and since then have added a golden Labrador to our family named Nova.

I believe one of the most important parts of treatment is client-therapist communication. One of my goals is to create a comfortable, relaxing environment to help better understand each client’s needs and expectations to then create the best treatment plan specific to each client I see.

I am so excited to serve the community and surrounding that I call home. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your wellness journey!

Liz Mitchell,  RMT

My name is Liz Mitchell and I am a registered massage therapist and a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba. I Graduated in July of 2020 from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Winnipeg MB after completing 2200 hours of study.

I enjoy helping others in their health and wellness journey by understanding the anatomy of the human body and osteopathic basis on which Wellington College teaches its students. Because of the teaching I received, I am able to educate my clients on how their muscles work and how they affect different reactions in their body.

When I am not working, I enjoy riding motorcycle, spending time with my family and friends, reading, baking and looking for continuing education courses to expand my knowledge in this wonderful new career. In the future I would like to learn more about lymphatics and massage treatment for lymphedema and other cancer related issues as well as other modalities.

I enjoy working with my clients by helping them with pain relief, relaxation, stress relief and self care. I would love to work with you by using therapeutic massage, deep tissues massage, swedish massage or hot stone massage.

I look forward to joining you in your health and wellness journey in any way I am able.
